The International Association of Infant Food Manufacturers and its member companies embrace a common purpose: to protect and promote the health of infants and children. IFM member companies conduct extensive research to develop products that satisfy the nutritional needs of infants and young children, including those with health problems requiring special dietary attention.

IFM members include both national and international companies that manufacture and market their products in all parts of the world. The organisation has operations in the USA, Canada, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Latin America and Asia.

Urgent Message: Formula Safety in China

The member companies of the International Association of Infant Food Manufacturers (IFM) are deeply saddened by the recent infant deaths and suffering from ailments caused by tainted milk found in formula and other food products from China. We offer our sincere condolences to the families.

IFM member companies are cooperating fully with the Chinese authorities investigating the contamination problem and are supplying requested information promptly. MORE..
